This policy explains what Bo SiteWorks LLC (“Bo SiteWorks”, “we”, “us”) does with information collected through bositeworks.com and through the phone number (404) 495-8559. It applies to homeowners, builders and general contractors who contact us through this site.

Information we collect

We only collect what you give us. Through the instant estimate tool and the builder enquiry form, that is:

  • Your name, mobile phone number and email address
  • The project address and the details you enter about the project
  • Photos you choose to upload of the work area
  • Basic technical and referral information — the page you arrived on, the site that referred you, and campaign parameters in the link you clicked

We do not ask for and do not want financial account numbers, government identification numbers, or health information. Please do not send them to us.

How we use it

We use your information to:

  • Prepare and send your estimate
  • Contact you about your project by phone, text or email
  • Arrange and carry out a site visit
  • Keep records of quotes and work performed
  • Understand which advertising brings us real enquiries

We do not sell your information. We do not rent it, and we do not trade it.

Text messaging

If you tick the consent box on our forms, you agree to receive text messages from Bo SiteWorks Concrete at (404) 495-8559 about your project. Consent is not a condition of purchase — you can get an estimate, a site visit and completed work without ever agreeing to texts. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

Who we share information with

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and project records for as long as we need them to serve you and to meet our tax, accounting and legal obligations. When you ask us to delete your information, we delete what we are not required to keep.
